BLUE DEVIL ELITE LACROSSE CLINIC:

On Saturday, September 24th & Sunday, September 25th the Timberline Lacrosse program will be partnering with the Blue Devil Elite Lacrosse Clinic to offer a top notch lacrosse clinic for all Treasure Valley Lacrosse League Players and the TVYLL, U15 programs. Each participant will be entered into a raffle to win a Matt Danowski signed lacrosse head. Below is more information about the guys running the clnic:

Talent (who we are):

We have a number of former Duke Lacrosse players that work with us to provide you with some of the top talent and instruction in the country. Many of our coaches were Division 1 All-Americans as well as being current Major League Lacrosse and National Lacrosse League players. Our coaches/players range from the Duke Class of 2007 to the class of 2010 (including recent Duke Grads that recently won the 2010 National Championship!).  Our large talent pool allows us to accommodate any size group in any part of the country.

Dan Oppedisano -
Dan was a 4-year starting face-off man for the Duke Men's Lacrosse Team from 2004-2007. He played his high school ball at nationally ranked Garden City High School on Long Island before attending Duke University. Dan was a 3x academic All-ACC selection for the Blue Devils. Known as a smart player with a great deal of experience in the face-off X and defensive midfield, Dan works extremely well with young kids and is one of our most knowledgeable and best coaches. After majoring in Economics, Dan currently works as a financial analyst at the National Football League while being the co-founder of Blue Devil Elite traveling clinics nation-wide.  Dan is headed to the Wharton School of Business next fall to receive his MBA in Finance.

Nick O'hara -
Nick was the 2008 NCAA Division 1 Defenseman of the Year as a 5th year senior at Duke University.  In his storied career, Nick was named the the All-American Team 2x, All-NCAA Tournament team 2x, and led the Blue Devils in ground balls 4x.  Nick is currently a member of the Long-Island Lizards and the USA Men's National Lacrosse team while coaching Jupiter High Schools lacrosse team.

Danny Loftus -
Coming out of Syosset HS on Long Island as the #1 goalie recruit in the country, Danny was a 2x All-American goalie for Duke, graduating in 2008.  He was a member of the All-ACC team as well as ACC Tournament MVP in 2008.  Danny is now coaching Jupiter High School as well as heading the Blue Devil Elite travel teams in South Florida.
